Eräänä päivänä palattuani Viikin kirjastosta sähköpostiviestejä lähettelemästä, kävelin kaupungilla ja hekumoin illan konsertista, jossa Kaj Chydenius esittelisi uusia L.Onervan runoihin tekemiään sävellyksiä, kun puhelin yhtäkkiä soi. Jonas Sahlberg kysyi, että huvittaisiko minua tavata hänen vieraanaan oleva Hansjörg Rebholz. Ei tarvinnut kahta kertaa kysyä.

Tapasimme Kluuvinkadun Fazerilla ja Jonas jätti meidät kahden kesken.
Kirjoitin sitten kotona ulkomuistista keskustelumme pääkohdat ja sen jälkeen tarkistin vielä viljelijältä, että olin ymmärtänyt asiat oikein... Article

Caviar & wine - Moscow 2008 - 2008-05-12

Last weekend (9-11th of May) we attended to caviar tasting in Moscow which are held every second year. We would like to first of all give our sincerest regards to Anton Panasenko (Best sommelier in Russia 2003) and Vladimir Basov (Best sommelier in Russia 2002) for the very professional arrangement. In comparison to 2006 years tasting we had learned a bit that dry champagne was not the perfect match with caviar.

Piemonte nights in Finland together with Aldo Vajra. - 2008-05-06

Aldo vajra from Azienda Agricola GD Vajra will come to Finland. There will be presented a wide range of wines from this excellent wine estate located in the heart of Piemonte; Barolo. We have enclosed invitation to Järvenpää where he will be the 16th of May (the menu will be served the 17th as well). The 15th of May is he at the historical restaurant in Ekenäs; Knipan.

2005 Bourgogne incoming! One for cellaring. - 2008-04-01

We have now started to ship our 2005 Bourgogne wines and first out is the very highly after sought wines from the Côte Beaune estate’s; Domaine de Montille and Domaine Marquis d’Angerville. Also the white wine business to sister and brother Montille: Deux Montille Soeur & frère and Domaine Jean-Philippe Fichet. Some of the wines has founded their way to Finland in very small amounts but here is the full list: Wine letter week 11.
